Farmhouse Sale Flyer... Yay!! I did it!!!

I did it i made my first flyer... I figured out how to copy a picture of it and print it on my blog... i am getting such a crick in my neck from patting my own back ...but i have been working on this for hours... and i figured it out...i am telling you ...that you need to come to my Yellow Farmhouse sale...not just because of the amazing vintage items, and the awesome farmhouse crates, metal baskets, decor, one of a kind pieces of subway art, chicken wire memo boards, repurposed furniture, chalk painted vanity, armoires, and dressers, and shabby chic desks, candle sticks, etc. etc. but.. because if you are like me, and you are adventurous  and tired, of people telling you that you can't do things, but guess what you can, and sometimes, it takes awhile, but try is not do, and I CAN'T IS NOT AN OPTION, SO COME SEE ME... I am not that special, so that should inspire you that I am just a normal, girl that just keeps ticking over every day, and wants to make a difference in this world around her, in the lives of my family and my community, and my world.. normal, just like you...hope to see you there, lets keep buying vintage... it saves the environment, and if we keep buying from each other it will save the human race because we will quit closing ourselves in behind our doors, and closing our hearts off... lets get to know our neighbors again...life is to short..
"love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul all your mind, and all your strength, the second most important command is this: Love your neighbor as yourself, These two commands are the most important." Mark 12:30-31 i think if we can get back to this as a people, a city a nation a world so simple, our lives, our homes, our relationships, families, marriages, children, economy, so many things would change... whats the worst that could happen LOVE...

Gonna add some price tags to those vintage typewriters...this is the scary part for me...

So bloggers, facebook groups, how do you pick your prices, garage sale prices? goodwill prices? boutique prices? "vintage sale" prices?  barn sales?  Etsy? Ebay?  Oh My Oh My so many resources  so much out there... being thrown at me ... But I am less then a week away from my Big Yellow Farm House Sale ...so I am going to rip the bandage off and commit to some pricing... it's my first sale... so yes I will make mistakes... will I price things to low probably, price things high, probably just right, hopefully  Hopefully I have done enough hours of crazy research that my PRICES WILL BE LIKE BABY BEARS PORRIDGE, BED AND ROCKING CHAIR JUST RIGHT....

VINTAGE ROYAL MAGIC MARGIN TOUCH CONTROL TYPE WRITER 1939
$60

1960 BEAUTIFUL ART DECO BLUE ROYAL SPRITE  WITH CASE AND

1939 STUNNING ROYAL D WITH ORIGINAL GLASS TOP KEYS PORTABLE TYPEWRITER BLACK

I ENCOURAGE YOU TO DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH BEFORE YOU BUY AND YOU WILL FIND THAT MY PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE, ESPECIALLY BECAUSE THEY ARE LOWER THEN ANYTHING YOU WILL FIND AT ETSY OR EBAY, AND YOU CAN JUST PICK THEM UP LOCALLY TO FINISH YOU DECOR PROJECT AND NOT PAY $20 TO $30 MORE DOLLARS FOR SHIPPING, BECAUSE TYPEWRITERS ARE HEAVY. Hip to be Square... Spotlight Designer Today...

Hip to be Square

I love promoting art, artist, designers, and I have been promoting this one for a week, and I keep liking her stuff... her being Aimee Woffinden Maher //www.facebook.com/pages/Hip-to-be-Square/382807215133068  the first thing that attracted me to her page was the fourth picture down the yellow bird, so I liked her page, "Hip to be Square" on my personal Facebook.. last week, then today.. I saw these beautiful chandeliers that looked so french, shabby chic, and different, and then they are personalized, and she adds jewels to them!! (Jewels are for decorative effect only)  What more could a girl ask for.  So I told her, I wanted to promote her on my blog, and my facebook page... but I didn't realize that Aimee and Hip to be Square..where the same..so actually I have been her fan for awhile!!

Personalized Chandelier Hanging Boards First Middle Names 5 Different Styles $15

Customize Family board 12 X24 up to 3 color choices $25

Customize Mr. & Mrs. 3 12 X 12 boards 4 colors $45
(great wedding, first christmas, or anniversary)

Bird cage 12 X 12 choose up to 3 colors $15

All of Aimee's beautiful custom designs are available to you, and she includes you in the design, this is directly copied from her sight as what Hip to be Square is....

"Let me tell you a little bit about the process of my boards I make. They are made out of real wood. I sand them, prime them, paint a first coat, do a stencil process, paint a different color(this way I can distress the piece and give it a unique two tone effect)  Then I add vinyl for finishing touches and spray a protective coating over it all.  I paint them anyway you like.  I like the thickness of the boards I use, so they don't need a frame.  I love making things and giving people the opportunity to add their personality and colors to their home.  Use your imagination and let me know how I can help create something unique for you!"

So when you are doing your holiday shopping this year, why don't you do something different and get the ones you love a unique piece of art, that is as unique as them, and it can be personalized.

I know you can't wait to head on over to Hip to be Square to start shopping so here is her link once again
